DELIVERY BY NOVA POSHTA:
- according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta (40-80 UAH in Ukraine, 40-60 in Kiev);
- free of charge when placing an order from 1500 UAH;
Important: Before shipment, all goods are checked and insured at full cost. When receiving a parcel, you need to check the goods directly at the delivery department in the presence of an employee. If the packaging is damaged, or damage is detected, you need to refuse the parcel or make a claim to the delivery service. The delivery service reimburses the damage caused if it was caused by

TERMS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
What should I do if you want to return or exchange your purchase? In accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection", you can return or exchange goods purchased in the online store of the Company's products within 14 days from the www.artstore.in.ua.
If you do not like the product or do not fit
If for some reason you did not like or did not fit our product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Terms of exchange and return of goods:
- The presentation of the product has been preserved;
- The product has not been used (there are no traces of wearing, wiping, notebook entries, etc.);
- the packaging of goods is intact, all ingredients are available;
- availability of a settlement document issued together with the goods sold (commodity receipt);
- return and re-sending is carried out at your own expense (at the expense of the client).
If the product is found to be factory defect or defect:
We take full responsibility for the quality of our products, so if any of the products you find a production defect, you have the right to exchange it for a similar or refund, within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. Terms of exchange and return of such goods:

- Attach a photo of the product you want to exchange or return to the message.
- choose and agree with the manager a convenient way of delivery for the exchange or return of goods;
- in case of sending goods for exchange or return, tell the manager the departure number (TTN) as well as your details for a refund.

- Delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine (delivery is paid additionally at the rates of Nova Poshta);
